Standing at an impressive height of six foot four, Shuhei is one of the taller people you will come to know. His overall build is quite sturdy, while it may not be extremely buff by any mean, he does support strong and visible muscles. Shuhei has long arms and legs, equal to his height and build. Overall in build and structure Shuhei is quite a tall and lean person. This, however, is accented even more with the appearance of his claymore which is always sheathed behind his back at a slanted position. Facial features of Shuhei are odd to say the least. A rather less manly appearance covers his face than normal people. Smooth pale skin covers his face, with lightly colored lips and light colored gray eyes.

Not truly a member of the Kirigakure ranking system, Shuhei sports his own attire. Different from the vests, and other common wear and tear of Kiri Shinobi, Shuhei wears his own style of clothing and it rarely changes. Pressed close to his torso is a tight fishnet shirt that accents his chest muscles. Covering this is a light blue colored shirt that crossed over each other to seal it shut. Cut off at the arms, it reveals his pale white skin and long arms. From his elbows to his fingertips he wears armbands of gray. A dark gray sash flows from his waist, stretched with the Kiri symbol. He wears normal shinobi pants contrary to his other attire but his shoes are different. Padded wooden sandals cover his feet. Shuhei's hair is probably his most outgoing trait. Long gray colored hair flows down to his waist.


Personality: Shuhei should be best described as the quiet type. Shuhei never shows emotion unless the situation demands it. Under normal times and situations Shuhei will have the same bored expression pastered upon his face. Most of the time Shuhei won’t speak alot. Not much of a talker Shuhei will stay to his own thoughts and dreams. On the rare occasion Shuhei engages into a long conversation, this is more than smalltalk, Shuhei will only do so because of something that intrests him greatly. Shuhei dosent like to be rushed. Most of the time Shuhei will take his time in doing things, so engrossed in his thoughts Shuhei wont do things at a faster rate than he needs to. During battle Shuhei regards his enemies with the same expression and attitude he gives his comrades: complete boredom and contempt. Battle is the only time Shuhei will do things at a higher speed rate. Shuhei enjoys a good battle, but a long carried on one bores him very easily and as such he will want to end it soon. A bad trait in which he recived from his father is the long fuse of temper. It takes alot of things and happenings to make Shuhei angry. Annoyed, irritated, Shuhei will become but rarly will he become fully pissed off. On the occasion he is angry people should steer clear as his anger is built up from many previous times. Because of his building of anger, Shuhei will take most insults and put downs from anyone. He will simply shurg them off in the beginning, but once the anger is built up to much he will blow. Shuhei regards people of lower rank with contempt and even people with higher rank. He dosent care of rank but more strength to back up the mere title. When it comes to killing Shuhei has no trouble in doing so. In his eyes killing is something that just happens and it is surly inevitable. Shuhei has a great passion for his country and village. Such a passion he will do anything and everything to protect and ensure the well being of the village.

Special Characteristics: Shuhei is a particularly skilled chakra-sensing ninja, as he is not only able to tell that a group is approaching, but can also sense how many of them are present, and also allows him to pick up chakra from long distances, and notice changes in an individual's chakra. Shuhei sports expert chakra control. Shuhei's control of chakra is extremely great, to the extend in which allowed for his Quick Draw style (Explained below)

Shuhei has one last special trait about him. This trait is hidden within his right arm. Thanks to extensive surgery and actual body modification, so called Soft Physique Modification, Shuhei can now dislocate his joints in his right arm and then control the softened arm with chakra, allowing him to stretch and twist any part of said arm at any angle, elongating and even coiling around his opponent.

Name: Quick Draw • Douten Hayai
Type: Kenjutsu

Description: Quick Draw style is one created and utilized by the Mist Swordsmen; Shuhei Toukai. In retrospect, Quick Draw is a mere advanced form of the Body Flicker Technique but broken down to a style, made up of a series of moves. This style can only occur when the user has complete control of their chakra. Only those with expert chakra control may hope to even try this. By moving a great majority of ones chakra to their arm (either let or right) and compressing it to just the points of the arms, one is able to move said limb with blinding speed. In the long run, this style is a breakdown of the body flicker. Each movement is extremely quick. When using this technique, one draws their blade, strikes and either continues to strike or sheath their weapon. Constant concentration and control of chakra is required for this style. Shuhei is only capable of using this few times during battle. Quite like Body Flicker. Using this style in a manner of repetition not only causes extreme fatigue but requires a amount of time for rest. Once the style is used, the ability of speed can be used for three posts, although after these posts one post is required for rest. During this time, speed and agility is weakened and shortened.

Description: Sadou Hebi is a off form kenjutsu style utilized by the Mist Swordsmen; Shuhei. On behalf of his right arm, which was subjected to Soft Physique Modification, Shuhei extends his arm outward to extremely long lengths, as well as subjecting his arm to unmatched twisting and stretching. Being able to move his arm without worry of limits, he then combines strikes with his sword, Kujira, with his arm. His range is now much longer, and twisting to attack at extremely difficult angles are things he can do. Due to this style's abilities, Shuhei has created a few techniques while utilizing the high points of the Soft Physique Modification of his arm.

Special Abilities: Kujira, being a sword of ancient times and means, has one extremely powerful and unusual ability. Some say it is the material of the weapon, others say it is because of the users chakra touching the heart of the blade. Either way, Kujira's ability activates when it is touched by Shuhei. Once he touches her, Shuhei can control the swords weight at will. By a simple mental command, Kujira's weight can change in a millisecond. From three times ones body weight, to light as a feather. The change occurs at a instant noticed and can be changed from weight to weight at will. Please note that Kujira is selfish blade, this in turn means that it will only listen to the weight control commands of Shuhei. All other who touch it find it will weight at least three hundred pounds at their touch.
Origin:Kujira was not always in the hands of Shuhei for once it belonged to his father, Hisagi, years ago. This was during the reign of the former Mizukage. The time was dark, and crimson stained the hands of many in Kirigakure. Hisagi was once one of the Seven Mist Swordsmen. He was remarked as one of the fastest and strongest. (These traits Shuhei aquired from him) Thanks to his skill and loyalty to Kiri, Hisagi was appointed as a sworn protector of the Mizukage. Of course, protecting the strongest nin of Kiri was not the largest task, but it had to be done. Needless to say, the time passed and death was on it's heels. The Mizukage was killed, none knew to how it occurred or why but it was known that comitted by a Konoha ninja. This didn’t matter to Shuhei, all that he saw was death of his father. Who had been found dead outside the Mizukages office along with the now deceased Kage. Shuhei was given his fathers sword as a token of father son bond. And has kept it ever since

History and RP Sample:
History: Shuhei Toukai was born fourteen years ago, in the dead of the night. The hospital, as Shuhei was told, was a large building and consisted of various ninja and civilians alike in it's halls and rooms. On the very top floor of this hospital and in a large room a female ninja gave birth to a small child. The skies above the ceiling cracked and sparked with the makings of a storm. Thunder roared and the clouds spurred rain drops of monstrous size and rate. As the tempest above thrashed into life, the child of Toukai was born. Bald as a stone and as tiny as one could be, the child did not cry nor thrash about once he left his mothers womb. The Medics on hand were bewildered at this trait. Newborns always cried as they entered the world. For certain there was something wrong with him, there must be. But no matter the tests, the result was he same. The newborn was perfectly healthy; the only trait that proved otherwise was his silence and calm. The newborns mothe and father were both of the same accord as the medics. Fate touched once more, and the raging storm outside lifted and then stopped. The skies calmed, rain halted and wind was silenced. No sooner than the storm was ceased, then the newborn of the Toukai started to cry. Deep cries only a child new to the world could make. And at that moment, the questions were answered.

The months that passed proved the point of the newborns family blood. As he started to grow, and fast as babies do, traits about him began to surface. The newborn started to develop traits much like his father. Smooth white skin, silver blonde hair and most of all shining eyes of blue that glinted silver. While most of his looks matched that of Natsu, the newborn had looks that were of his mother as well. The boy's father had long silver blonde hair while the boy's hair followed that suit. The high cheekbones and arched eyebrows. The simple features of structure and being proved that he was infect his mother and fathers son. The boy was named only a few days after his birth, and by his father. Shuhei. A name coming from his long ago family that meant in their language, angel. Shuhei never did, and to this day, does not know his mother’s name. When he was with her, and to what he can remember, is little to none. What Shuhei remembers is nothing more than her presence. A dark, warm, haze of a sort. No voice or soothing tone, just a warm feeling of rememberance.

His father never really told him where his mother went, or why, but Shuhei never took this to mind. Hisagi was a perfect father and made better as one parent. Growing up under his father did indeed have its up portions, as well and it's downs. The real highlight of growing up under his father was the traning. Once he hit the age of seven, his father started to train him in the way of the shinobi. He taught him many things about chakra, jutsu and etc. But most of all, and most important, he began Shuhei's training with blades. Father and son started with simple katanas, and the years past. By the time Shuhei reached nine, and entered the academy, he was extremely gifted with using blades. His chakra wasnt on any account extremely high, but his percise control of it was excelent. Upon entry of the academy, Shuhei was given a smaller claymore sword from his father to use. This sword suited him for the next good portion of his life.

The Academy was a place of shock and suprise for Shuhei. As expected, teaching was involved but to the extent that it was taught, made him cringe. The moment he stepped through the door he was hit with challanges of every kind. Jutsu, Chakra, matches. It was left and right of being hit with a test. Shuhei was constantly under attack from his teachers will and his classmates skill. Every day came a new deathmatch against one of his classmates. As expected, Shuhei was faster and stronger thanthe rest. Rather when it came to the ninjutsu where he was weak. One such fellow student was called Toushiro. He was easily the most gifted in terms of ninjutsu. He hadmastered the simple jutsu that Shuhei still did not have completely down at this time. And that was why, when he was parred with this so student for one of the final academy deathmatches, Shuhei went all out. Using his speed, stamina and chakra control beating the boy was easy enough than he so used to think. Soon Toushio's blood was on the ground, and on Shuhei's blade. Bt the beginner shinobi did not stop there, for after Toushiro's death he moved on to the next student and the next. After he was done, fatigue snapping his bones with force, seven students had been killed. And with that move he, Shuhei Toukai of the Mist, was given a headband and made a Genin.

Being a Genin was nothing special in Shuhei's eyes. It was nothing more than being put into a squad uder a Jounin teacher. Add to this misions, and you had the life of a Genin. To someone like Shuhe, who had developed a slight unease with the whole 'being a ninja' concept, it was nothing to dramatic. To this day, rememberance of his time as a Genin remains fuzzy. Things seem to blend together and melt. Out of the haze of memories, some stand out however. Such as metting his team, a Hyouton boy and a girl shinobi who both lacked the skills Shuhei deemed worthy. And their teacher, a mad of a man who loved to spill blood. Going on missios with these three peolple not only bored Shuhei, but made him think of life as a Shinobi down even more. During this time, the only portion of state that Shuhei enjoyed was training during his free time with his father. Training with his Mist Swordsmen father was amazing. They pushed eachother to the test and even more so helped Shuhei become stronger. This occured to the extent that Shuhei was now unmatched in his class of Genin. Close ranged was nothing to him, he would never loose.

Perhaps it was the fact that because of the borning Genin life, or maybe because Shuhei just didn't care. Either way it didn't matter. Shuhei became a Chuunin due to he means of a simple Exam. Set into three parts, and held in another village, Shuhei was placed with his team into a exam settings. He fought against others, took simple tests and completed other series of placement tests. None of this mattered to Shuhei however, so when it all ended and upon return to his village, Shuhei was given the rank of Chuunin. This, as the exams, was nothing special to him. Being a Chuunin was nothing more than advanced Genin. He trained with his father like never before and continued to advance within the stats and power of kenjutsu. His chakra control was becoming more steady and pressed. Although his jutsu was something to be lauhed at, Shuhei just didnt care. His attitude and demeanor wouldnt allow him to care.

Becoming a Jounin had it's perks for Shuhei, being alone and spending most of his time for kenjutsu training and everything of the sort. During this time, a week or so after his promotion to Jounin, something in his life occured that would change how he saw and acted in the world from that point on. It was a heavy day, mist hung in the air more thick than usual. The village seemed to be more silent that anything as Shuhei came back from his mission in the grass. As he entered, people would look at him with tears in their eyes. Some were anger, some were tears. Shuhei was now at unease. So with renoun speed and vigor he made his way home to talk to his father about what was wrong with the village. No sooner then coming home he realized that his father was not there. This ment that he was with the Mizukage, most likely meeting with him. Without waiting, Shuhei went to the offices of the Mizukage. The sight he saw was of horrible and haunts his memories to this day. His father was dead, a pool of blood around him. In the next room, medics swarmed in and out. The Mizukage and his comrades in the offices were all dead. The months that came after the deaths was hard but slowly everything slowly healed. During this time, Shuhei took his fathers position in the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist and his sword, Kujira. A new Mizukage was chosen and the village seemed to come back to peace. Now, as a swordsmen of the mist in Kiri, Shuhei follows his newfound code. To protect and obey Kirigakure withevery fiber of being in his body.

It was eerily quiet. No sounds echoed in the vacant courtyard that, at this moment, served as the place of momentary break that he so yearned for. He made no sound, the figure whose eyes were closed to the world. His body was pressed against the wall, the smooth stone of gray was of rigid build but he took little notice; his head lay still. He simply continued to lean against the wall. The blonde haired man took a few deep breaths, his chest rising and falling in a repetition manner.

Breathing drew to a sluggish pace; his heart rate slowed and as Arashi, Mitsukai drifted between reality and fantasy, he thought of why exactly he was here. Being present at the Academy was none to regular for the Kumogakure Jounin but as of now, thanks to current times and matters, he found himself in this place more than ever. The progressive demand of time was great and its grasp was tight as ever. A new set of soon-to-be students were slowly filling the records of Kumo's Academy. This meant he was up to the call.

Teaching was one, of many, issues that demanded constant diligence from every one. From the teacher to the student, each person had to haul their own weight and provide the effort required. Mitsukai was of no exception to this. He positioned himself as a teacher to the young, a provider of knowledge. So why was he here? Awaiting someone, anyone, to step up and ask to be taught? Or perhaps it was to just simply relax in an area where he could be comfortable. Even Mitsukai did not know.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

The ninja first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. Ruiga can then use this water to drown his target or as a medium to call forth his fish summons.

Descriotion: While using the snake movement style, Shuhei then can utilize a good majority of kenjutsu techniques. Drill Blade is one of these. Using his arm which can bend and stech to his command, Shuhei will begin to twist his arm (thus making his hand and sword turn with it) with each twist and round the pressure will build along with the chakra in his arm. Once he has completed twenty-one twists, Shuhei then strikes at his opponent. At the same time letting his arm untwist. The twists are exrtemely fast and strong, thus making his blade spin with the untwisting of the arm. This in turn makes the sword a drill of a sort. The power behind this attack is extremely strong.

Description: While using the Quick Draw Style/Ability, this technique is possible. Upon using Quick Draw, Shuhei will unsheath his blade and block incoming projectils and/or attacks with his blade. Due to the speed of the movement, ones eyes may not be able to follow it. To some it may seem like an barrier blocked the attack while to the trained eye, it was nothing more than a blur.

Description: As the ninja charges at his opponent, he creates multiple clones of himself to confuse his opponent. Although these clones are not real, they are hard to tell which from which due to their special creation method using the user's speed to not be in the same place for much time. Then, the user uses the confusion created to slash at the enemy from their blind-spot.

Description: The user strikes the ground with such force that it causes a massive explosion around the user. That explosion is strong enough to create a 5 meter crater all around where the sword hit. There is a chance the opponent gets hit by the "explosion" even if the attack itself misses.

Description: A much greater version of the technique Diamonds Crusher. The power this strike takes is so great that not only will it hit with a tremendous power, it will open a fissure on the ground that goes for about 20 meters, damaging anything in its path.
