Ok, since characters use varying techniques, like Hoho, which require speed, Zanjutsu, which requires sword aptitude, or Hakuda, which requires strength. However, here we have a system called Fortes. Just like Abilities, this has costs too.

Level 1. - 2 FP
Level 2. - 2 FP
Level 3. - 4 FP
Level 4. - 4 FP

Total of: 12 FP (Forte Points) to master a specific Forte

And you get FP in intervals too.
[Note - The number in parenthesis is how many FP you have at that rank. Example: Vizards have 25FP]

Unseated Officer - 13 FP
Seated Officer/Human/Hollow - 7 FP (20 FP)
Vice Captain/Arrancar/Vizard/Quincy/Bount/Advanced Human/Adjuchas - 5 FP (25 FP)
Captain/Espada 10-5/Elder Quincy/Elder Bount/Elder Vizard/Rogue Shinigami/Vasto Lorde - 6 FP (31 FP)
Group Leaders/Espada (4-1) - 9 FP ( 40 FP)

Now, when people choose Fortes, be wary of these rules:

Unseated/Seated Officer/Human/Hollow - Can only have 3 Fortes
Vice Captain/Arrancar/Vizard/Quincy/Bount/Advanced Human/Adjuchas - Can only have 4 Fortes
Captain/Espada/Elder Quincy/Elder Bount/Elder Vizard/Rogue Shinigami/Group Leaders/Vasto Lorde - Can only have 5 Fortes

Now that you have FP, what are you going to do with it? Well, once you fill out your application, spend the allotted points in ability creation. When you attain a new rank, just PM an Admin.Mod and they will unlock your application so you can make changes.

Ok an Ability is a certian aspect of technique that a fighter uses. This also means your character will be able to do these skills better than the average person of your rank. We have four different levels of how good you are at your Ability, which costs AP, or Ability Points. Here they are:

Beginner - 1 AP
Experienced - 2 AP
Advanced - 3 AP
Master - 4 AP

AP Point Total: 10

Now, you won't get all your AP at once, you get it in intervals.
[Note - The number in parenthesis is how many AP you have at that rank. Example: Vizards have 24AP]
Unseated - 10 AP
Seated Officer/Human/Hollow - 8 AP (18 AP)
Vice Captain/Arrancar/Vizard/Quincy/Bount/Advanced Human/Adjuchas - 6 AP (24 AP)
Captain/Espada 10-5/Elder Vizard/Rogue Shinigami/Elder Quincy/Elder Bount/Vasto Lorde - 6 AP (30 AP)
Group Leaders/Espada (4-1) - 3 AP (33 AP)

Now that you have AP what are you going to do with it? Well, once you fill out your application, you can go to the Ability Creations and spend you're points correctly. When you attain a new rank, just PM an Admin.Mod and they will unlock your application so you can make changes.

Overview

If you haven't figured it out for yourself already, this fine Text Based Role Playing Forum takes its genre and subject under that of the anime/manga of Bleach. We dedicate our work in providing you an alternate dimension of this great production that is as realistic as possible to the actual anime/manga itself, while still removing the original characters and storyline. For this reason alone, each and every faction, rank, and 'race' if you so wish to call it is available. If you are confused about any of these at all, or are perhaps a little behind on the anime/manga, here is where you may learn all you need to know.

Shinigami

Shinigami, otherwise known as 'Death Gods' are the main type of character within the Bleach anime/manga. As their name implies, each and everyone one of them are spirits that have died and moved on to soul society. What sets them apart from normal spirits that have passed on, is their ability to control and manipulate reitsu. Most Shinigami get their beginnings in the academy which trains them in the way of being a Shinigami if they show this ability. Each Shinigami wields a Zanpakto, which is a weapon from their very soul, forged from the contract they make with a certain spirit. It is this spirit that gives them power other than their own reitsu, allowing the Zanpakuto itself to expand to Shikai, and even Bankai. It is their main attack source. Most Shinigami, those that have not gone rogue, are separated into 13 different squads, known as the Gotei 13.

In the Gotei 13, there are different types of Ranks. Each squad has these ranks and are used greatly in terms of laws.

Captain [1st Seat]
Vice-Captain [2nd Seat]
3rd Seat - 20th Seat
Unseated Officers

Captains of the Gotei 13 are the most respected and most powerful of the shinigami. Thirteen of them hold positions in the Gotei. Only one may hold this spot.

Vice Captains are the second in command of their division, under their captain. They are generally the second most powerfull in their division and the most trusted. Only one may hold this spot.

Seats three through twenty are arranged in terms of power. A captain is in charge of assigning a seat to a member dependent on their skills and abilities. The lower the number, the weaker the shinigami is. When it comes to these seats, more than one member may be of a seat. [Example: 2 members may be the third seat.]

Unseated Officers are not assiged to any single division. They are in truth, still shinigami, but they hold no rank.

Obtination.
To obtain these ranks, it requires a bit of rules and guides.

- (Aside from starting out as Seated Officer) To become a Seated from an Unseated, you must have appoval from your captain.
- (Aside from starting out as Vice Captain)To becme a Vice Captain, you must have your Captains approval to be promoted.
- (Aside from starting out as Captain) To become a Captain, you must do one of the following:

Note: All of these must be followed with a Request.
Captain proficiency test: A test which requires the ability to perform Bankai. Presumably, most shinigami become captains using this method. At least three existing captains, including the Captain-Commander, have to witness the test.
Trial by Combat: To defeat a captain one-on-one with at least 200 witnesses from the captain's division.

Quincy

The Quincy are a line of spiritually aware human warriors. Originally a mixture of survivors of Hollow attacks and those who had lost loved ones to Hollows, the Quincy developed a variety of supernatural powers to hunt and kill Hollows before they attacked humans (and to destroy those who already had), including the ability to control Spiritual Energy. The Quincy are still technically human and reside in the world of the living.

In the Quincy World, there is a leader, and then there are his generals. The rest of the populace are merely normal. The Leader is the most powerful and usually the eldest, where their experience is needed. His Generals are his trusted advisors and are Elder Quincy where age is not a matter, but strength and maturity is. These six have unrelinquished access to their archives on the Soul Society and the Bounts, which hold information on the two factions, but nothing in specifics. The rest of their faction are merely tools to an end where the Leader loves them like children. Below is how to become each of these ranks:

To become the Leader - You must make the character, or in special cases be promoted by the Administration.
To become an Elder Quincy - You must be on this forum for at least three months, except for the two who may make Elder Quincys as their character. You must also be hand picked by the Administration and Leader in a joint effort.
To become a Normal Quincy - You must register for a character.

Arrancar/Espada

An Arrancar is a Hollow that has removed its mask and has gained Shinigami-like powers. The name "Arrancar" is a Spanish verb meaning "to remove" or "to rip off", a reference to an Arrancar's removal of its Hollow mask. The Espada are the top-ranked Arrancar. Each Espada member is chosen for their superior combat ability and then assigned a number from 1 to 10 (with 1 being the strongest, while 10 being the weakest) that indicates their rank and relative power level, which is tattooed somewhere on their body.

The Números are the combat specialists. They are assigned a two digit number at birth from 11 to 99 to indicate their age (Número 11 being the oldest, while Número 99 is the youngest). The basic Número uniform consists of a white-collared jacket and robes held with a black sash. However, the uniform is customizable, giving each Número a sense of individuality. The fighting ability of Números is thought to be superior to all other Arrancar, except for the Espada (current and former).

To Become an Espada - You can do this one of two ways. The first is to simply register your character [If a spot is open to do so] The second will prove to be a bit more difficult. If you are an Arrancar Numeros and you wish to become an Espada you may challange a ranked Espada to a battle. The winner of this battle will take the Espada spot.

To Become a Números - Register your character.

Bount

Bounts are living beings just as Quincy are, but the difference being they have a special component that is encompassed by a human soul. Bounts absorb human souls, making them their own. It is these abilities that have named Bounts at various times in Human history as vampires. As the accidental creations of a Shinigami scientist they were once affiliated with Soul Society. Currently the Bounts in general are only a small tribe of beings from what they once were. Due to their circumstance they are neither affiliated with Soul Society nor the living world, they are pariahs, accepted in neither dimension.

In the Bount World, there is a leader, and then there are his generals. The rest of the populace are merely normal. The Leader is the most powerful and usually the eldest, where their experience is needed. His Generals are his trusted advisors and are Elder Bounts where age is not a matter, but strength and maturity is. These six have unrelinquished access to their archives on the Soul Society and the Quincy, which hold information on the two factions, but nothing in specifics. The rest of their faction are merely tools to an end where the Leader loves them like children. Below is how to become each of these ranks:

To become the Leader - You must make the character, or in special cases be promoted by the Administration.
To become an Elder Bount - You must be on this forum for at least three months, except for the two who may make Elder Bounts as their character. You must also be hand picked by the Administration and Leader in a joint effort.
To become a Normal Bount - You must register for a character.

Hollows

Hollow are a race of creatures which are born from Human souls who, for various reasons, do not cross over to Soul Society after their death and stay in the Human World for too long. They are corrupt spirits with supernatural powers that devour the souls of both living and deceased humans. To become a:

Hollow Leader/Vasto Lorde - Vasto Lorde are the most-powerful class of Menos, and the final stage in the Menos evolutionary line. They appear to be about the size of a Human and apparently appear to be completely humanoid. They are said to surpass an average Captain-Class Shinigami in battle abilities. Vasto Lorde are the least common form of Menos, but the exact population is unknown. There may only be two Vasto Lordes at one time, the Hollow Leader being one. You may register for the Hollow Leader, but you must obtain the Vasto Lorde to RP.
Adjuchas - Adjuchas are the middle class of Menos in terms of power, and the second stage of Menos evolution. Adjuchas can vary radically in appearance; anywhere from bulky humanoids to the jaguar-like form of Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez. The are typically much smaller than Gillians, but significantly-larger than a Human. They are also-much smarter than the Gillian-class, and have the power to challenge a captain. It is also likely they could fight evenly with at least a Shinigami lieutenant. To become an Adjuchas you must register.
Basic Hollow - These are the weakest of all Hollows; all you must do is register.

To go up the evolutionary chain:

From Basic Hollow to Adjuchas - Get 5 Kills
From Adjuchas to Vasto Lorde - Get 10 Kills (15 in total)

Vizards

Having begun as Shinigami, the Vizard appear entirely Human and bar those times where they are using their powers are indistinguishable from ordinary Shinigami. To gain access to their Hollow powers, a Vizard dons a Hollow mask. This allows them to augment their Shinigami abilities with Hollow powers, as well as giving them access to some of the more generic Hollow abilities. Their spiritual pressure likewise changes into a mix of Hollow and Shinigami. This process of donning one's Hollow mask is referred to as Hollowfication.

To become a Vizard:

Leader - Register.
Elder Vizard - You must be on this forum for at least three months, except for the two who may make Elder Vizards as their character. You must also be hand picked by the Administration and Leader in a joint effort.
Vizard - The first five [5] total Vizards are allowed to be made, after that, you must request Hollowfication.

Human

A Human is a being who appears in Bleach. The Humans in Bleach resemble those of our world. Most characters who live on Earth are Human. Some Humans may develop a way to sense spirits and are known as "High-Spec".

To become a Human:

Leader - Make an application.
Advanced Human - Be selected by the Staff and Leader.
Normal Human - Make an application.

The Leader is the quintessence of power, while the Advanced Humans are their 'Generals' so to speak. A normal human can be affiliated with anyone.

General Roleplaying Rules.

ルール

The following are general rules for most RPG's (Role Playing Games) and should be noted by all members.

When roleplaying, we ask that you keep a 100 word minimum. This is really not a lot at all, and if you think about it this can easily be done. In a RPG, one needs to be descriptive and detailed. It has to make sense, and frankly, I don't see how that is possible with anything under this. Even though it's quality over quantity, we want to see both.

Do not post in other people's applications, regardless of your intentions. This is only for Moderators to do. Ifyou wish to say something regarding another person's Request/Application for something, PM a Mod/Admin or the creator themselves.

When you enter a topic, make sure you can/should be in it. For example, if someone puts [Private] in a topic, make sure that you're the one that's in the Private topic. Another would be, if you're a Hollow, why would you be in the Bount Mansion?

Concerning Private topics, if you can think of a reasonable reason as to why you would be able to be there, say so and an Administrator or Moderator might allow you to be in the topic. For example, if Bob and Tim went to the woods, in a Private Topic, if Sally was following them before hand, then it would make sense if she was there too.

Do not post in the Role Playing Section before you, and all of your things, are approved. This is a very important rule, and not following it will cause consequences.

You can only be in one [1] topic at a time. It's unrealistic to be in two places at once. The only exception to this rule is if a topic you are in becomes inactive. If this is the case, you must establish a timeline within your FIRST post designating how long its been since your last. However, you can be in a Training topic and be in an RPG Topic at the same time. If there comes a point where the topic is being inactive, meaning someone is not posting, then you may go into one [1] other topic.

Obviously, your character will not stay the same throughout your time here. Your character can change but you need to follow these rules:

When you obtain a new rank, an Administrator.Mod will unlock your application and you can make changes according to the rules. PM (Private Message) an Administrator.Mod.
If you change your character around completely, you will be required to go down one rank. Keep your future in mind when you are planning out your character.

Do not randomly enter topics and make ORPG (Off RPG) posts. I do not want to see a good RP Topic interrupted by "((Hey, can I join this topic?))" No, PM the creator of the topic and ask if you can join.

Make your posts both readable and understandable. We understand that English may not be your first language, but try. I do not want to see people writing all lowercase and expect people to know what they're talking about. Use punctuation and capitilization please.

. You may only have 1 account at a time. Please do not make multipule accounts just so that you can get more characters or we will find out and you will be banned. You may have 1 character and only one. (Unless deemed by an Admin for a special reason)

Spam. Do not post spam anywhere on the site except for the Spam section in the Social Area. You will notice that beneath your avatar, in your character sheet, there is a Spam Level bar. Everytime you spam outside of the Spam area, your bar will go down by one. Spam posts may include, but are not limited to, OOC posting in RP topics (Except Moderation posts) and posting in character apps (Except Moderation posts). If you reach zero, you will be banned for 24hrs. The next time, the banning period is doubled. Etc.

. Finally, there is death. Every IRPG (In RPG) topics on this forum will have a risk of dying. This is from a simple hollow encounter to a high level battle. If you die, your character will disappear for good. That means all your former abilities and skills and anything gained until then will disappear and that you will have to start a new character, from scratch. The character will have to be two ranks lower of your previous rank (lower is also allowed). I do not want to see an exact replica of your previous character.

Name: Akamataa
Rank: E
Description: A common name for drone ranks of Mandras hive. These snakes are just like normal snakes. They are easy to summon in great numbers and easier yet to control.
Skills: Deadly venom

Name: Jatai
Rank: D
Description: An obi which has transformed into a snake. It looks like any other lesser snake from Mandra’s snake hive except its poison is lethal and its intelligence is often greater then that of a normal human. Despite this it lacks a personality which is why it will follow any order the summoner gives it. Extremely deadly when summoned in large numbers.
Skills: Deadly venom
Subtle approach – using its great intelligence Jatai calculates the situation, hides, then strikes when the enemy least expects it.

Name: Tsuchimoto
Rank: C
Description: A big fat snake with intelligence barely above that of an animal. It is strong and fast, but has no poison and is capable of only simple straightforward attacks. (the snake that Orochi used during the chuunin exam)
Skills: Its huge body is its weapon.

Name: Yato-no-kami
Rank: C
Description: The older more resilient cousin of the Jatai, it possesses the same intelligence, but again no personality. It can grow (to the size of a large anaconda) or shrink in a matter of seconds giving itself, and the summoner, a great tactical advantage. (Sasuke used it when fighting Deidara)
Skills: Deadly venom
Subtle approach – using its great intelligence Jatai calculates the situation, hides, then strikes when the enemy least expects it.
Fluctuating size - can grow or shrink in a matter of seconds
Resilient scales – tougher/stronger than other snakes.

Name: Ikuchi
Rank: B
Description: A sea-serpent that is roughly the size of Tsuchimoto except it is much stronger and smarter. It shows its true power when underwater.
Skills: Oil spit; Marine mastery

Name: Nozuchi
Rank: B
Description: The oldest and deadliest of the Jatai family whose assistance always comes at a price.
Skills: Deadly venom
Subtle approach – using its great intelligence Jatai calculates the situation, hides, then strikes when the enemy least expects it.
Fluctuating size - can grow or shrink in a matter of seconds
Resilient scales – tougher/stronger than other snakes.
Quick regeneration – wounds close and heal quickly
Paralyzing stare – a genjutsu like ability very much the same as when a snake hypnotizes a mouse before devouring him. Must make eye contact.
Blending in – A genjutsu where Nozuchi becomes invisible and all of its movement is undetectable.
Snake bunshin – Nozuchi creates the image of a snake near her target in order to distract him while he strikes.

Name: Nure-onna
Rank: A
Description: A female snake-like humanoid monster that best be avoided if possible. Proud and with a very possessive nature, it will help the summoner only if she likes him/her upon which she will openly try to seduce him/her. At the slightest insult or rejection she will attack the summoner. Will display hostility towards any ally of the summoner that is of the opposed gender, might even attack if he/she gets too close.
Skills: Serpent senses – all senses are better then that of a normal human.
Snake queen – can summon Akamataa anywhere on the surface of her skin.
Serpent body – superior strength, speed and agility. Hyper fast recovery and limb regeneration.
Paralyzing presence – a genjutsu like ability very much the same as when a snake hypnotizes a mouse before devouring him. It affects all enemies.

Name: Kiyohime
Rank: A
Description: A woman who transformed into a serpent-demon out of the rage of unrequited love. She can only be held in place by a more powerful being. If the summoner appears to be weaker than his enemy or he shows signs of weakness she will turn on him.
Skills: (just add a bunch of jutsus in here)

Name: Yamata-no-Orochi
Rank: A
Description: The eight-headed serpent that comes right after Mandra in the hive’s hierarchy. It is about a 3rd of Mandra’s size. Each head has a different personality so anything the summoner may say or do will always anger one head while pleasing another. The dominance between heads frequently shifts unnoticeably and when the dominant head is angered it attacks the summoner. This makes dealing with this creature a real gamble. (kind of like those snakes that attacked Konoha)
Skills: Gigantic body
Resilient scales – tougher/stronger than other snakes.

Name: Mandra
Rank: S
Description: The King of all snakes, Mandra is a multi ton, 100 foot tall, half a kilometer long serpent titan that inspires fear even in other S rank summon creatures. The price for its assistance is always steep.
Skills: Snake skin substitution – Mandra sheds its outer skin and uses it as a decoy/shield while it moves to a safe location.
Paralyzing presence – a genjutsu like ability very much the same as when a snake hypnotizes a mouse before devouring him. It affects all enemies.

As on any site there are ways to doing things. This site is no exception (Huzzah!). When it comes to roleplaying, I expect most of people who join this site know how to do it. By this I mean how to roleplay right, acting and obeying the rules that govern roleplay. But as always, there are some who do not know how. Understanding as we may be that you may be new to this, we do wish for you to roleplay right on this forum. When it comes to roleplaying right, we have a few helpful tips on the matter. They go as follow.

1. When you roleplay, using correct grammar and spelling is always a help. If you post a sentence that looks like this: "Jace lokked Mike . Rased hand then smaked him side off face" Well, as you can see that not only makes it hard to read, but is annoying as well. So try to use good grammar and spelling.

2. Keep your RPing tasteful, please. We don't want to stroll in on a topic with "R Rated" content in it. This means: No sex, no drugs, and no gruesome killings. (i.e. Something you would see in one of the Saw movies.) Things like dates are fine. Partial nudity (As long as nothing sexual ensues or is shown) is okay as well, but don't let it spur out of control.

3. You can't, and I repeat, CAN'T control someone else's character or post a hit on the foe. This is known as God-Moding and is strictly forbbiden. Example: "DJ shot one of his most powerful and volatile Cero at Jace, the third rate Shinigami that dared to challenge him. The Arrancar gave one of his content smirks from his position in the air as he watched the blast envelop his opponent, undoubtedly killing him." None of that, please.

4. When you want to say something Out of Character in one of your post, this is the way to do so: (( OOC: Hey, dude. Wanna go grab something to eat after this?)). For those who don't know, OOC means Out Of Character.

5. When you RP, please try to be as descriptive as possible. This helps to avoid one-line postings and makes you look like a better RPer and, in turn, makes us look like a better site ^^. Try to avoid postings things such as "Let's go" or "Sure thing" and then submitting.

The Chat Box.

(More commonly known as the C-Box)

There are some key rules you need to follow when you're in the C-Box:
Absolutely no disrespect, threats, harassment, or abuse is to be seen in the C-Box, ever. Moderators and Admins specifically. Please, this is a forum where everyone wants to have fun, respect other users.

The C-Box is a PG-13 place, and in the Staff's definition, that means that there is NO cursing or ANY sexual references, whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to - the physical anatomy of the body and acts of sexual content - both explicit or otherwise.

Arguments need to be kept to PM's. This goes for all members even Mods and Admins. I want no arguments occuring in the chatbox at any times. [If you wish to Debate and make agruments on topics, PM Jikoku Toukai to have access to the Debate Section]

Do not use the C-Box as a way to spam people. That means do not keep posting the same thing over and over and over again. Also, no advertisements, period. It's ok to say, "Hey, how've you been? I haven't seen you on my site." It's not ok to say, "Hey join my site, it's awesome!" Also, no links or pictures, or even videos, are to be in the C-Box. This is a service to chat with other people.

There is to be no references to illegal activity. We do not want to see any references to sex, drugs, or anything that falls under that category. This is one of the most upheld rules on this site. This also includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, bestiality, incest, illegal drugs, software piracy, and harassment.

In addition to following these rules, you are also responsible for following any and all local and national laws that apply to you.

You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in the Community Chat. Remember, you are responsible for anything you say or post.

We caution you against giving out any personally identifiable information (such as social security number, credit card number, name, address, telephone number, driver's license number, password, etc.) online. This information can easily be used for illegal or harmful purposes.

Please follow these rules to the best of your ability and you'll be golden. Remember rules can, and most likely will change over time, so please make sure you check in once in a while.

Rules - Staff [Code and Conduct.]

The Staff are the focal point of order. More specifically, the Moderators are. So, because of this enormous responsibility, they, in addition to the normal rules, must follow these as well:

General Rules:

The most important rule of responsibility when being a Staff Member is to not abuse your power. They're neutral judges, judging situations with unclouded vision and not taking sides. If you dare to abuse the power given to you, it will be taken from you.

The Staff provide as much help as possible to other members. Be sure to be polite and explicit. Answer questions forthwith with a good attitude. It's one of the reasons why you're here ^^.

The Staff should avoid disregarding the rules at all costs. You have to be exemplary, doing things that others will follow. If you do good, then most likely the members will do good. As such, please, avoid any kind of useless comment to any topic. Except topics were spam is fully allowed by the administration.

Never ever lose your temper. As a member of Staff, it's your job to take the higher road and keep your cool. You must keep rational and calm. It is imperative!

Try not to encourage arguing with other members. If you don't like someone, and they're being harrassed, stop it. If you yourself have a problem with the member, cry yourself a river, build a bridge, and get over it. As stated above, you are the pinnacle of order. As such, you must act like it.

Approvals.

Character Approval:

When approving Characters, you, the Staff, have a right to do the analytics. The essence of the application that makes it approvable. The only people that can let them pass through into the gates of their respective groups are the heads of the groups. Only The Prodigal Father, Mori Ranmaru, Long, Inferint, Jikoku Toukai, Hollow Leader, Arrancar Leader, Human Leader, Quincy Leader, and Bount Leader can allow the people applying to become apart of their faction.

Make sure that all the aspects of the character make sense. The history, the appearence, and the personality must all make sense. The first step for a good Roleplayer is a good character application.

Once fully approved, lock the topic and move it to the respective sub-forum of the section.

Other Approval:

Other sections are just as, if not more, important as character creation. The Moderators who oversee the various sections must be dilligent and aware of the character's abilities.

After you review the character's abilities, you can now see if the player's wants fit appropriately.

Custom Techniques should be properly outlined and be made apparent explicitly in the application. Once you approve a Custom Technique, add it to the respective list.

For Equipment, most things that people will have is their faction's uniform. Otherwise, make sure that any extra items are properly attributed to the character.

Requests.

For Administrators:

Only specified Moderators may post in that section, please be aware of who they are.

When approving requests, there are cetain templates you must make sure are applied.

Requests may only be reviewed once every Saturday at the Staff's time. Meaning, if The Prodical Father is in Eastern U.S., he will check on Staurday, and if Jikoku Toukai is in Japan, he will check requests when it's Saturday there.

Randomizer.

Moderators who need to decide unbaised decisions, and to decide outcomes that are delt by chance of lady luck will use this Randomizer.

http://www.random.org/coins/

Three (U.S. Half-Dollar) coins will be flipped at random, each having a heads and tails. When flipped, the outcome of the matter is not final. One may ask for another random flip. Only two actual flips, no more.

Yes - Heads
No - Tails

If you should recive three tails, it is a no.
If you should recive three heads it is a yes.
If you should recive two tails and one head it is a no.
If you should recieve two heads and one tails it is a yes.

There are two types of fights. We must be able to distinguish between the two. The fight to protect life, and the fight to protect pride. -Jūshirō Ukitake
______________________

It's been ten years now, ten long years, since the betrayal of Captain of Squad 12; Jikoku Toukai. Before the assault, there peace within the Soul Society and the worlds prospered and continued on as they had for many years. The Captains of the Gotei Thirteen were leading relatively normal procedures and followed under the ways of the Captain Commander, and eldest member of the Soul Society, Annon Sennin. Then, without warning, it happened.

The entire twelfth division sector and the Research and Development facility were destroyed. There had been no explosion, no cries or shouts of shock and pain. The buildings were reduced to rubble and the bodies of every member within the facility and the division were found dead amongst the residue. Shock ran through the Soul Society within hours of the discovery. The captains were called together by Annon Sennin, their conference commenced. Every captain was present, save two. Jikoku Toukai, of the slaughtered Division, and Captain of Squad Four; Yousuke Orito.

As to where these two captains were, no one knew. The Captain Commander, doing only what was just, dispatched the Captains and told them all to search for the cause of the death and destruction. Secretly, the Commander also dispatched a small team of second Division members lead by their captain; Midori Setsu. This team was not meant to search the Soul Society as every other shinigami, rather to search for the missing captains and why they were gone. The team started at once, and went off in search of the Missing Captains. What they found changed the life of the soul society forever.

The band of shinigami led by the Captain of the Second Division wasted no time, and effort, into following orders and finding the Captains. And only after a short time, through means that only the Second Division members can hope to do, they found them. It was at the edge of the last district in the Rukongai. As the team approached they found that Districts seventy-five through seventy-nine had suffered the same fate as the twelfth division sector. The housing and people were destroyed. Utter destruction in all direction.

The team finally made it to the last district, district eighty. The place was no different then the previous five. Death was everywhere. Once the team reached the very heart of the district, they found the Captains. Jikoku Toukai was there, standing staring into the sky as if nothing was wrong. At his feet the body of Captain of Division Four, Yousuke Orito, lay. As they approached, Mirdori Setsu moved ahead and placed herself near the two captains. Demanding explanation. Jikoku turned around and lowered his gaze to Midori. Sudden reiatsu filled the air, enough to bring the members of the squad to their feet and so it did. Each of them passed out save on who oddly felt no reiatsu in the air. Midori demanded answers and drew her zanpaktou.

The fight did not last long. In fact, it was over before it had begun. In a simple one move attack Jikoku had Midori Setsu dead infront of him. Zanpaktou still in hand. The only team member who wasn’t passed out stared at Jikoku with fear. But nothing happened, save Jikoku sheathing his blade and turning around. In that instant, a sudden jolt of reiatsu was in the air. And standing next to Jikoku was none other than the Captain of the eleventh division, Dios Lio. Jikoku and Dios did nothing to each other. Did not raise a hand against. Infact, Jikoku smiled slightly as Dios appeared. Jikoku flicked his fingers and a rip appeared in front of him. Darkness swirled in the rip. As he stepped into hit, Jikoku paused and turned to the division member. His words still remain glued to the minds of all Shinigami. "You and your team are alive right now for one reason. To pass on what has happened here to your commander. Your captain is dead, but the same cannot be said for Yousuke. He is very much alive, but you will find he is not all there." And Jikoku left, Dios Lio of the eleventh division at his heels. And they vanished.

After inspection of the Soul Society, many were found dead. The division sector of Jikoku Toukai was in ruins, the people all dead. Two captains of the soul society were left dead. One was left alive, but not in full. After treatment and inspection of the fourth division members, it was found Youske was not harmed in any way. The only thing wrong was the fact that the mans zanpaktou spirit was gone. None could explain it. His reiatsu was there, but his zanpaktou was gone and his connection to his spirit was gone. Matters soon turned worse when reports came in of all four of the gate guardians were found dead at their respected gates. The Kido corps reports consisted of trace amounts of Dios Lio's reiatsu in the area. The Soul Society, was in ruins.

And so the ten years passed. The Soul Society was still hurt and scared by the betrayal of the two captains. Death still held it's mark over all, but the wounds started to fill. The positions of Captains, those dead and the two abdicated spots were filled. None forgot the pain Jikoku and Dios had left, and to this day the two men are sought out by all. And so far, no word has been heard from or about the two rogue shinigami. Until now. A few months ago, a group of division members reported a sighting of Dios and a group of hollows who had shinigami like powers. In the report, the words of "Toukai-sama" and "Los Noches" can be read. It is as of right now under investigation.

General Information
Name:
--Nickname:
----Special Title:
Gender:
Physical Age:
Actual Age:
Weight:
Height:
Race:
Rank:

Looks:

Personality:

Name.

This should be japanese. Bleach is an anime/manga originating in Japan. There should not be names such as Mark, Mike, John, ect. The Espada or Hollows can have Spanish names, as seen in the canon. Below are some sites that have names of Japanese; when in doubt, go to Google and search "Japanese names".

http://www.behindthename.com/nmc/jap.php
http://www.babynamenetwork.com/baby_names/origins/Japanese_baby_names.cfm[/url]
http://www.babynameworld.com/japanese.asp

Nick Name.

This is what others you know and are familiar with call you. For example, if you have the full name "Kokoro", one of your familiars may call you "Koko" or may even add a suffix, such as "-san", "-kun", "-chan"; sometimes even "-taichou" or "-sama".

Special Title.

This is what others who know you for your talents or your infamy would know you as. For example, think of Kakashi's name: Sharingan no Kakashi. That would be an example of a Special Title.

Gender.

This is pretty self explanatory. Even if you're a Hollow, they would still hold features of masculinity or femininity. Please, do not say "no gender" or "hermaphradite". The latter is just unordinary, and some people may be closed minded and choose to leave. We do not want that; please understand.

Physical Age.

This is what your character looks like. Most ofthe time, this applies to Hollows, Shinigami, Vizard, Bounts, and Espada/Arrancars. Those mentioned do not age; however, humans and quincys should have this and only this as their age.

Actual Age.

This is what your character looks like. Most ofthe time, this applies to Hollows, Shinigami, Vizard, Bounts, and Espada/Arrancars. Those mentioned do not age; that means that a kid who's a captain, may not neccessarily be a child, but may in fact be centuries old.

Weight and Height.

Please do not go overboard with this. Even if you're a Shinigami or someone who does not age, please keep it as if you were human, since your character once was a human.

Race.

This means what you are. You can find those on the bottom of the homepage. They include: Shinigami, Vizard, Espada, Rogue Shinigami, Hollow, Arrancar, Human, Quincy, or Bount.

Rank.

This applies to the rank you hold within your faction. For example, Shinigami would have Captain, Vice-Captain, or their Seat Number in this position. See this for more information.

Looks.

Please do not put a picture as your looks. You're required to write a written descrpition of looks. Please try to not be a canon character. PLEASE! From now on, if we find this, your character will be denied and you will not be eligible for that rank. This means that you cannot go to Bleach Wikia and insert synonyms and remove canon references, nor can you make Canon things. This must be original.

Personality.

You're required to write a written descrpition of personality. Please try to not be a canon character. PLEASE! However, if you must, we shall be lienient; however, there shall be absolutely no plagarism from Bleach Wikia or other source. From now on, if we find this, your character will be denied and you will not be eligible for that rank. This means that you cannot go to Bleach Wikia and insert synonyms and remove canon references. This must be original. Please do not make a Mary/Gary Sue, which is a perfect character. Everyone has faults.

Day of Birth:
Day of Death:
Place of Birth:
Place of Living:
Group of Alliance:

Day of Birth.

This is essentially what day you were brought into the world. We're looking for a month and a day, not a year.

Day of Death.

This is the same deal as your Day of Death: we're looking for a month and a day, not a year.

Place of Birth.

This is where you were born. Here, you have some freedom. You can give a city, state, country, ect; however, the minimum requirement is a country that you have to put.

Place of Living.

This is where your character is currently living. This could be: Karakura Town, Soul Society, Rukongai, Forest of Menos, Las Noches, or the Vizard Base.

Group of Alliance.

This is where your loyalties lie. This can either be: Gotei, Espada/Arrancar, Vizard, Quincy, Humans, or Rogues.

Role Playing Sample:

Picture[s]:

Theme Song//Background Music:

History.

Is this mandatory? Yes. It is, unrevoccably. If you aren't good with Histories, look at it from a different standpoint. All stories require a beginning (Birth), a middle (Life), and end (Death). Obviously, in the Bleach-verse, there's life after death. So the basic neccessities of a history are Birth, Childhood, Living Your Life, Death, After Dead - Can Include: Rukongai Living, Going Through the Academy, Becoming apart of a Squad, Becoming a Seated Officer, Becoming a Vice-Captain, Becoming a Captain; Becoming a Hollow, Living as a Hollow - Becoming an Arrancar. Those are just examples. Be creative, be awesome!

Role-Playing Sample.

This is also a mandatory must. Show us your normal quality. Don't make an obscenly large post that can't be done repeatedly. If you have to, you can show multiple roleplays of different qualities.

Pictures and Theme Song.

These are optional. Please refrain from putting pictures in the Looks part of the Application. It should go under pictures, or not at all from now on. The Theme Song, again is optional. This doesn't have to be limited to an anime song; however, we ask you not to put any songs that would be considered vulgar.

1st Division, Command
This division is the head of Gotei 13 and the ones responsible for relaying Central 46 orders, dealing with Soul Society law and monitoring the other divisions.
The captain of the 1st Division is also the head of all other captains and the leader of Gotei 13, given the rank of General Commander.
Likewise, the 1st Division vice-captain is leader of the vice-captains and has authority over all vice-captains, next to their own captains and the General Commander.
This division has the least number of shinigami.
2nd Division, Special Forces / Assassination & Undercover Operations
The captain of the 2nd Division is also captain of the Special Forces; one of Soul Society’s two other military fractions except for the Gotei 13.
Members of the 2nd Division are mainly dealing with stealth and assassination, and many of them are also members of the Special Forces as well. They also handle all undercover operations regarding Seireitei security.
Special Forces applicants take additional two-year training after Shinigami Academy.
3rd Division, Intelligence & Information
The 3rd Division is the unit that are responsible of the act of sending out shinigami to gather information, and sometimes work in cooperation with 2nd Division agents on more serious missions. They are also the ones that sort all outgoing and incoming information before sending them to the 12th Division for storage.
Adding to this, they are in charge of the jigokuchou monitoring and message system.
4th Division, Medical Assistance & Supply
The 4th Division deals with the brunt of the healing when it comes to shinigami or other spiritual entities. While the shinigami in this division use medicines for their healing, they do have the ability to use their energies for curative purposes, something unique to those that are in or have been in the 4th Division, because the average shinigami can only use their power for combat.
This unit is assigned many of the menial tasks in the Soul Society, such as cleaning the subterranean canals located under the Seireitei. Additionally, this particular division is considered the lowest in the Gotei 13 hierarchy, albeit the fact that they heal almost all the injured in the Soul Society.
4th Division members are taken from the Shinigami Academy at their third year, after proving exceptional, non-violent reiatsu, and then takes an additional study of four years to become medics.
5th Division, Kidou Tactics & Control
The captain of the 5th Division is also captain of the Kidou Corps; one of Soul Society’s two other military fractions except for the Gotei 13.
Members of the 5th are in general kidou experts, and are often stationed together with 11th Division members, 2nd Division assassins as well as 4th Division healers to form an all-around military group. They are also responsible for all sealing and magical workings inside Soul Society, as well as recording and storing any new kidou.
6th Division, Internal Affairs
The 6th Division handles all of Gotei 13’s internal affairs, such as monitoring shinigami activity and handling any disturbances from other shinigami. They are responsible for apprehending shinigami that breaks Soul Society laws and also detaining them until Central 46 has given their verdict in the matter.
Their division has the most holding cells, which is used to detain criminal offenders until they are judged.
7th Division, Seireitei-Rukongai Diplomacy
The 7th Division maintains peace between Seireitei and Rukongai. They make sure shinigami don’t go causing chaos in Seireitei, and are completely responsible for keeping Rukongai civil… or at least the area closest to Seireitei.
When souls have complaints/suggestions/questions/etc, whatever, they send is sent to the 7th Division where it is read, ignored, taken into consideration, and decided upon.
They often act on their own, but also work with various other divisions.
8th Division, Reserves & Backup
The 8th Division is the mass reinforcement division. Their shinigami are split into groups that are talented in kidou, offensive tactics, or defensive tactics. When any of the other divisions require extra shinigami or reinforcements, the 8th is the division they turn to first.
Aside from the 11th and 13th, the 8th Division has the most amount of shinigami.
9th Division, Counter Intelligence
The 9th Division prevents information from leaking, as well as information being stolen. Their shinigami work close with the 12th Division research facility, to protect it from outside influence. They also prevent important information from leaking into Rukongai, especially information that could cause an uproar or mass panic.
Adding to this, they are also in charge of dealing with tactics and warfare against intelligent beings and massive hollow gatherings, and are the ones responsible for any counter tactics when Seireitei is under attack.9th Division is also in charge of the memory-replacing that has to be done after shinigami fight in the living world.
10th Division, Large-Scale Operations
The 10th Division is in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing large missions. Everything is run through their division first, and if approved, the 10th Division gathers the required shinigami from each division, assembles them, assigns duties, plans the attack, coordinate the shinigami according to the mission, execute the attack, and then keep maintenance over it. That includes sending out more reinforcements and information regarding the mission.
11th Division, Offensive Tactics
The 11th Division is the frontlines. They are the most skilled in physical combat and work mainly with other divisions. They rarely work on their own since they currently lack much coordination.
During times of danger, the 11th Division is flooded out in mass numbers to immediately subdue problems, which include invasions of Seireitei. The 11th Division works with nearly every other division, since they are the most powerful and offer the most defense and offense.
11th is the division with the largest number of shinigami.
(It is also the division with the highest mortality rate.)
12th Division, Research & Development
The 12th Division is in charge of gaining new information through experimentation. They research information that is sent to them from the third division before storing it.
They are also in charge of storing a mass amount of information known to Seireitei in their database. The 12th Division also develops new technology to aid shinigami in their missions.
13th Division, Defensive Tactics & Seireitei Protection
The 13th Division is the ones that actually send out patrols on a daily, frequent basis to survey Seireitei. If a threat occurs, they find and take care of it, sometimes with help from other divisions. They also work together with various divisions.
If a threat is a large enough, the 13th Division is in charge of sending out shinigami, assembling them, assigning them duties, and other things. Their job is similar to the 10th, except on a smaller basis.
